Preventative Maintenance

Preventative maintenance of your heating and cooling equipment is important. If you choose to become a routine maintenance customer, you will be contacted in the spring for air conditioning service and in the fall for furnace service. Our routine maintenance fee is $55.00 per service per system.

Preventative Maintenance Does The Following

A/C Maintenance

Complete safety inspection
Wash or replace filters
Oil motors
Inspect electrical equipment incl. thermostat
Check freon levels
Clean condenser coil
Check for proper voltage and amp draw

Furnace Maintenance

Complete safety inspection
Wash or replace filters
Oil motors
Inspect electrical equipment incl. thermostat
Carbon monoxide test
Check for proper operation and air flow, incl. ignition sequence
Check for proper voltage and amp draw

  With just a few pictures over text of our old AC units model number and furnace set up David was able to quote our whole house condenser/coil/furnace replacement. We first contacted David on Monday morning and had our new units installed by 2pm Wednesday the same week.

David has options for anything your looking for. Goodman/oxbox/ American standard. For us, he was even able to find/install an air scrubber.
